The empty stock for the next Cappaugh collection from Tytherington quarry is making its way across a very green Hungerford Common in the charge of DCR Class 60 No. 60028 on 6th June 2024. The vigorous growth at the lineside is reducing photo opportunities at this popular location but is gradually removing the eyesore of the Thames Water works, brought into full view after the clearance of its previous non-native Leylandii screen.
