Notwithstanding COP26, there seems to be no let up in the demand for fuel oils, necessitating another Bank Holiday working from Milford Haven refinery to Theale oil Depot on 3rd January 2022. Having travelled up in the early hours the discharged tanks are seen returning through Hungerford as the light fades, DBC Class 60/0 No. 60010 thundering through early with little traffic to delay its progress now clear of the West Berks conurbations. In the background beyond the empty car park more of the goods yard real estate is in the process of being turned into business units.
