An unidentified GMD F40PH-2 locomotive with a 4-car VIA rail train on a Niagara Falls to Toronto service passes seven Government of Ontario double-deck push-pull GO trains laid up waiting for the evening commuter services in what appears to be a Z-gauge model railway layout seen from over a thousand feet up the CN Tower on Thursday 22nd June 1995.
