Diesel clag trumps steam loco exhaust as WCR Class 47/7 No. 47760 does the lion's share of the work getting the Cathedrals Express from Southend to Poole under way after its water stop at Andover Junction on 21st July 20018. En route the special will be crossing tinder dry heathland and it is important to avoid A4 Pacific No. 60009 throwing hot embers up in the exhaust. Class 47/4 No. 47580 'County of Essex' is on the rear for reverse working.
