On a somewhat gloomy 7th March 2024 Network Rail Class 43 HST power cars 43062 'Mark Carne CBE' and 43013 'John Armitt' run westbound with the NMT (New Measurement Train) bound for Exeter. The location is Abbey Farm No. 2 Occupational Crossing and the working is the (05:56) Reading to Salisbury via Exeter New Yard, a regular working along this route which runs roughly at monthly intervals.
