BDZ TP (Cargo Division) Skoda Class 43 No. 43-526 emerges into the sunlight with the morning mixed freight from Mezdra to Iliyantsi on 22nd April 2016. The location is Cherepis where the up and down lines diverge through separate tunnels taking different routes through the rock face. At the time this image was taken major upgrading of the route from Sofia to Mezdra was underway. The difference between before and after is clearly evident in this view!.
