BDZ PP (Passenger Division) Skoda No. 44132 gets under way from Klisura on the Sub-Balkan railway line on 5th September 2022. Heading westbound, this is the (13:50) departure from Karlovo to Sofia ordinary train service, ORD 30116 via Pirdop and the direct route into Sofia via Kazichene. The two track machines waiting in the platform area have been busy collecting debris and branches from the trackside following heavy rainfall that caused flash flooding and major destruction to local villages in the area with the picturesque location of Koprivshtitsa being particularly badly hit. Very much a kind of Boscastle event!.
