SIEMENS Desiro three-car No. 30005/30006 is captured pulling into Vakarel on 1st September 2022. The destination panel tells us that the train is heading for Kostenets and despite stopping to pick up passengers this service was not listed on the official BDZ timetable. In effect, a ghost train! The service has started it's journey at Sofia and clearly is heading eastbound for Kostenets. As is usually the case with these units the BDZ livery is virtually completely covered with graffiti, the latter a major problem on the railway network within Bulgaria.
