TRAXX Class 4000 electric locos can be observed facing in either direction when working with the double-deck driving-trailer stock as is clearly demonstrated in this image at Walferdange on 7th April 2023. Driving-trailer set No. 004 with Class 4000 No. 4009 working CFL train service RE IC15337 (15:16) from Luxembourg to Ettlebruck runs non-stop through the station. Stationary working the opposite direction service is 4018 which is propelling double-deck set No. 009 on the RB IC15313 (15:16) Ettlebruck to Luxembourg Central service. Interesting to note that both trains left their respective departure points at exactly the same time.
