The massive 1000mw Bobov Dol Power Complex near Dupnitsa in South West Bulgaria has a huge appetite for coal with several shipments each day conveying coal from the Beli-Breg open cast mine close to the Serbian border. on 21st March 2022, Hrabarsko station plays host to two such opposite direction workings. Four TBD TP (Bulgaria) Skoda electrics are present, two are visible and two are attached to the opposite ends of the hoppers. Working in 'Top and Tail' configuration 44-092 and 43-556 with loaded hoppers are heading south while 44-072 and 44-143 are returning the empties to Beli-Breg. This route sees little in the way of passenger traffic, in fact just four trains a day at morning and evening peak times between Sofia and Pernik.
