Following a recent visit, a different NR NMT formation powers its way along the Berks & Hants line today with a more modern set of yellow technical carriages and Class 43 HST power cars No. 43257 in charge and No. 43290 at the rear, the latter still showing NR decals. The train was on time away from Reading but is already nearly 30 mins ahead of schedule at the picturesque hamlet of Little Bedwyn on its way to an early arrival at Exeter on 17th December 2021.
