The old and the, well, not quite so new now at Sofia-Sever on 24th September 2024. Currently acting as a terminus for the majority of passenger services working into the capital via LINE 2 this location has become a substantially busier place of late. From left to right we have examples of Class 30, Class 31 and Class 32 EMU sets. This early morning scene records 30-021/30-022, 31-001/31-002 which have terminated while 32-015/32-016 departs to the north with train service SUB20213 (08:05) Sofia Central to Mezdra. The Soviet-era RVR EMU will return later in the day and be seen at Sofia-Sever four more times before working the evening SUBURBAN service back to Pleven.
