'The Western Wessexman' charter, promoted by Pathfinder Tours, from Leicester and Birmingham New Street to Weymouth, is pictured departing from the South Coast resort on 7th September 2013. After a prolonged absence from the main line, a beautifully turned out 'Western' No. D1015 'Western Champion' makes a fine sight heading the first leg of the return working to Leicester.
