BDZ PP Romanian-built Electroputere Class 46 No. 46-211, one of a number of the active fleet to recently receive a full refurbishment at the Sofia works is captured at General Tudorov station on 16th May 2023. It has recently arrived from Petrich with the morning train service SUB 52204. The chap in the high viz is probably best described as the station yard-man who was incredibly helpful with information about all things railway in the area. The two train crew take time out for a chat before performing the required run-round manoeuvre prior to returning back along the branch with the late morning thirteen minute run to Petrich.
