Normally operated by a pair of Class 159s, SWR 13:25 departure from Exeter St.Davids is pictured leaving Whimple, formed of Class 158 No. 158884 and Class 159/1 No. 159105, providing an unusual five-car formation for this service to London Waterloo on 25th May 2018. This, from a time when the former South West Trains livery was still dominant with South Western Railway branding applied and arguably kept cleaner then they are in 2023/2024.
