Class 33/1 No. 33119 is fitted with controls for push-pull working with Southern Region driving trailer sets, in this case Class 4TC No. 407, seen in one of the bay platforms at the western end of Reading General and waiting to depart with the next service on the line to Basingstoke on 12th November 1977.
