Classified as Departmental/Special Vehicle by it's EVN 9952 9436 802-3 (CM-022) makes it's way slowly south at Kumaritsa on 21st June 2017. This Bulgarian Railway Catenary/Track Inspection Vehicle is being driven by remote control by the chap on top of the inspection platform. His colleague is presumably looking for anything out of the ordinary. With that in mind they appear to be well equipped for any eventuality. Maintenance work and inspections are often carried out in day light hours and if one turns up where you are it's probably time to move to another location as services can be either delayed or cancelled with bus replacement until the line is clear.
