Like the town itself the station at Tryavna in the Stara Planina mountains is well kept as is clearly seen here in this view taken on 25th July 2019. Tryavna station can be found on the Bulgarian LINE 4 that runs in a north/south direction from Dabovo to Gorna Oryahovitsa connecting LINE 3 in the south to LINE 2 at Gorna. BDZ PP Skoda No. 44-105 awaits departure with a northbound local service towards Gorna Oryahovitsa. A small track maintenance facility is present here at Tryavna, situated out of view to the right of this image while on the opposite side a small yard containing a few box wagons loaded with stone suggests a limited amount of freight work at this location.
