Wednesday 14th June 2017, and Romanian built Class 77 No. 77009 heads out of Velingrad with the northbound Ord 16104 (10:25) service from Dobrinishte to Septemvri. For those wishing to explore the Rhodope Valley line Velingrad is a very nice location to use as a base. Definitely recommended. For the southern area of the line, choose Bansko or Razlog.
