BDZ (Bulgarian State run Railway) Skoda Electric Class 44 No. 44191 runs northbound through the outskirts of the delightful town of Trjavna in Central Bulgaria. It has charge of the mid-morning 'ordinary' passenger service from Stara Zagora to Gorna Orjahovica on 26th July 2019. As one can see, unlike the UK most rail lines throughout Bulgaria are not lined with prohibitive fencing, even through town suburbs. It has to be said, the train was travelling at some speed at this point, yet to apply the brakes for it's scheduled stop at Trjavna station.
