Extending way out of sight round the bend, Class 59/0 No. 59002 is in charge of the Acton-Merehead 'jumbo' empties, the third set of which comprises 28 MRL box wagons starting the other side of the electrification-ready footbridge at Newbury Racecourse station on Tuesday 17th December 2013. The remaining raceday platform line serves as the 'down' goods loop at other times - not needed on this occasion.
