West Coast Railways provided a pair of Class 33 diesel locomotives for the 'Great Way Round' charter to Weymouth on 23rd August 2008. Class 33s Nos. 33207 Jim Martin and 33025 Glen Falloch are captured at Maiden Newton with the outbound Crewe to Weymouth, via Bath, leg of this Pathfinder trip. The return run ran by an alternative route taking in Southampton and Reading. The tour that was originally booked for the 17th May was subsequently re-dated to run in August.
