BZK (Bulgarian Railway Company) Class 87 003, 87 029 and 87 004 'Britannia' at Iliyantsi Yard on 16th October 2023, this Sofia location now the preferred stabling point for these UK imported electrics. Also present is another UK import, Ruse-based BULMARKET Class 85 No. 85 003 'Lancashire Witch' (Previously 86 213 in the UK), which has worked into Iliyantsi double-headed with a fellow BULMARKET Danish-import Class 86. Second loco in the BZK line up, 87 029, has been over-hauled in the workshops of Express service at Obraztsov Chiflik near Ruse, out-shopped in early May in this fresh coat of BZK green and yellow.
