Class 66/0 No. 60010 bursts noisily on to the scene on Hungerford Common with the discharged tanks from Theale to Robeston Sidings just as a Penzance - Paddington IET service slips by almost unnoticed on 17th November 2021. The mixture of high speed trains and heavy freights on this line makes for operational challenges and relies on the use of loop lines like the one behind the oil tanks during busy periods.
