Now clearly destined for service with GWR after refurbishment by Gemini at Wolverton Works, the DMU is on delivery to Exeter, presumably for later deployment on services in Devon and Cornwall. A Freightliner Class 66-hauled stone train is about to pass in the opposite direction, being reflected in the DMU cab window, forcing the less preferred platform view of the subject.
