Aylesbury Depot held an Open Day on 25th April 1992 where a number of locos were stabled for public inspection including Class 55 No. D9000, Class 50 No. 500031 'Hood' both under preservation by then, and also Class 59/0 No. 59005. Behind them are Class 60 No. 60041, Class 56 No. 56037 and Class 37/7 No. 37892. Two locos were also in steam operating passenger shuttles on the Aylesbury to Princes Risborough branch.
