The regular Whatley Quarry to Churchyard Sidings aggregates train is unexpectedly slowing for congestion ahead with Class 66/5 No. 66513 in charge on 15th August 2023. The station signage here at Hungerford has recently been extended to advertise bus connections to Marlborough, which prestigious town managed to lose both its railway connections when the network was 'rationalised' in the 1960s.
