The heat goes on - WCRC Class 33/0s Nos. 33029 and 33025, replacing the scheduled steam loco, are seen crossing the parched pasture of Hungerford Common with the West Somerset Steam Express en route from London Paddington to Minehead on 13th August 2022. On a day with no GWR passenger services due to strike action, the special was 10 minutes late away from its Newbury stop, but had regained lost time on reaching Westbury.
