IETs are subject to safety checks so Class 165 turbos are back in favour for the local services on the western end of the Berks & Hants line. The revised service has No. 165105 stopping at Hungerford on 10th May 2021, while shuttling between Bedwyn and Newbury, whereas there is no replacement available for the long distance trains to the South West.
