No fireworks perhaps but something of an event on Hungerford Common on 5th November 2016 to see bright red Class 60 No. 60007 'The Spirit of Tom Kendall' making its way back to Margam in S Wales with the discharged tanks for Robeston Sidings. With the GW main line unavailable due to weekend engineering work, the loco has had to run round its train in Theale loop in order to retrace the inbound route taken earlier in the morning via Westbury and the Berks & Hants line.
