A short early morning walk to Ipswich Station reveals a pair of Intercity-liveried Class 86/4 locomotives, recently arrived from the London direction with an intermodal service awaiting change of haulage for the trip to Felixstowe. The lead loco is practically anonymous, unlike its companion No. 86408 'St. John Ambulance' which was later to be renumbered No. 86608 with the loss of its ETH - note livery variations between the two. Taken 21st August 1989.
