The Newbury - Bedwyn section of the main line to Devon and Cornwall is closed for the three days for various infrastructure improvements. Freightliner Class 66/5 No. 66557 is in charge of one of the works trains out of Hinksey yard running at slow speed in the engineers' possession approaching track relaying through Bedwyn station on 17th September 2024.
