Looking very attractive and imposing in its Pullman livery, Class 73/1 electro-diesel No. 73101 'The Royal Alex'' is on display at the open day at Chart Leacon Depot celebrating 150 years of railways at Ashford on 6th June 1992. NRM had also made available from their collection the pioneer Class 71 SR electric loco No. E5001 in original green livery.
