Filming again at Bourne End, a weekend quiet spot in the neighbourhood of both Pinewood and Bray studios. It's a bitterly cold day on 30th January 1977 and the steam heating boiler is very active while the train stands at the branch terminus with very little action taking place. Class 33/1 No. 31118 will be in charge for its return but No. 31241 and ETH Class 31/4 No. 31421 have brought the special up the line from Maidenhead. A train of this length is too long to access the Marlow branch seen curving off to the right.
