Triple Class 37 locos were allocated to iron ore trains to provide increased capacity for deliveries to the steelworks in South Wales. This rake of about 24 empty bogie wagons is travelling on the up relief at Marshfield in the direction of Newport Docks with such a trio headed by Class 37/0s Nos. 37256 37257 and 37236 on 17th April 1981. All locos seem to be under power, shattering the rural calm here.
