For the second weekend overnight track maintenance north of Oxford brings the returning works train across Hungerford Common, today in near white-out. Freightliner Class 66/4 No. 66416 is in charge of the transfer from Aynho Junction to Fairwater Yard with rear-end stablemate No. 66544 just visible through the mist, both locos giving their all with this heavy and unwieldy load.
