The day began just after 5am for this Saphos Trains excursion from Kettering to Kingswear for Dartmouth. Three and a half hours later LSL Class 47/4 No. 47593 'Galloway Princess' brings the train round the curves through Hungerford - the only daytime workings expected here on 30th July 2022, during which the ASLEF drivers' strike has resulted in the cancellation of all GWR passenger services on the Berks and Hants line.
