Class 59/2 No. 59206 is in charge of a desultory load of only 14 wagons on the 'jumbo' empties from Acton to Merehead Quarry, having just passed the Merehead to Theale loaded stone train waiting in the 'up' loop to complete its journey. On 4th October 2018 Hungerford Common is yet to display any serious autumn colours, although the trackside is beginning to show signs of recovery after the recent attention of NR contractors.
