The sharp curve into the impressive station at Bournemouth provides a platform-level view straight down the middle of the overall roof, the supporting structure of which is brilliantly illuminated by the sunshine of an April mini-heatwave. The through tracks in this section May have been removed but further along provide the Middle Sidings to turn round arrivals from the east. At 11:01 (pity about the station clock) Desiro Class EMU No. 444004 arrives with the front section of the next service to London Waterloo on 19th April 2018.
