GFR Electroputere Class 40 No. 40-1001 plus tanks runs westbound through Voluyak on 6th October 2023. This locomotive is often to be found stabled at Iliyantsi, more often then not somewhat annoyingly at the head of the British Class 87 electrics. Not so on this occasion. The locomotive returned L/E almost three hours later taking the spur back to Iliyantsi Yard.
