Network Rail branded LNER HST power car No. 43299 leads the (05:56) Reading (Platform 7) to Salisbury via Exeter New Yard westbound through Axminster on 24th August 2023. Newly introduced in orange Colas livery 43277 'Safety Task Force' is working the rear of the train which will take control of the eastbound sector to Salisbury following reversal at Exeter.
