Taken with permission from the level crossing at Lydney Town, where the main road through Lydney crosses the Dean Forest Railway, ex GWR 57xx No. 9681 prepares for departure with a train from Lydney Junction to Parkend. This loco has since been withdrawn from traffic is currently undergoing its 10 year overhaul and is hoped to return to traffic in 2016.
