Whilst "Voyagers" are often diverted via the Gloucester to Severn Tunnel route during the winter when weekend engineering works are underway, weekday workings along this route are extremely rare. Due to a points failure at Westerleigh Junction, the 0702 Paignton to Manchester Piccadilly service was diverted via the Severn Tunnel (reverse) and pictured here at Chepstow heading towards Gloucester.
