BDZ Cargo Class 43 freight dedicated electrics Nos. 43-553 and 43-511 are captured at Iliyantsi, resting between duties on 13th March 2024. This is almost certainly the morning mixed freight from Mezdra, on this occasion consisting of mainly bogie tanks. The morning southbound working can often consist of a varied mixture of wagons, often scrap metal, often fuel tanks or a mixture of both. Both locos have been detached from the tanks prior to the latter being tipped into the nearby distribution plant.
