The south was anything but sunny for the 'The Jurassic Coast Explorer' tour on 8th July 2023. Preserved 'Hastings' gauge unit No. 1001 passes Upwey with the 06:51 departure from Hastings to the Dorset coastal town of Weymouth. Operated by GBRF, this ever popular train was presented with three Class 201 DMBS vehicles, S60119 leading with S60118 'Tunbridge Wells' tucked in behind and S60116 'Mountfield' at the opposite end of the consist.
