Preserved BR 'Southern Region' Class 201/202 'Hastings-gauge' DMU No. 1001 nears journey's end after a six hour run from Hastings to Weymouth via London Waterloo on 20th July 2013. At this decidedly 'Southern' looking scene at Bincombe Tunnel the narrow lines of the 'Hastings' units are very evident as indeed is the extra width of the 'Standard-gauge' Class 411 trailer and Class 422 buffet car's that are coupled in the centre of this unit.
