The old station building at Whimple has long been a private residence, its LSWR architecture looking rather fine in glorious winter sunshine. Ahead of a planned three week closure of Whiteball Tunnel DB Cargo continued to train their drivers for any forthcoming diversions over the Honiton / Yeovil Junction route. DB-liveried Class 66/0 No. 66149 works the returning Exeter Riverside Yard to Westbury DOWN Yard on 13th February 2019.
