The Edinburgh to Tweedbank section of the former 'Waverley' route from Carlisle to Edinburgh was reopened during late 2015 and has been a runaway success. Although not reflected in this photo, Class 158 No. 158734 was already filling up nicely with passengers while waiting to form the 1328 to Edinburgh pictured at the terminus at Tweedbank.
