The newest station in Wales is Pye Corner, which opened for passengers on 14th December 2014. The station serves a large population in the north western suburbs of Newport.
In heavy rain, Class 150. No. 150260 pauses at the station to collect Christmas shoppers heading into Cardiff, while working the 10:40 Ebbw Vale to Cardiff service.
