During the past week services between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach have been suspended due to engineering works taking place on the Filton relief lines between Dr Days Junction and Horfield. In this view Freightliner Class 66/9 No. 66951 passes newly laid sleepers at Easton while powering the 13:29 Wentloog-Southampton intermodal service on 23rd February 2022. Also in view on the distant hill is the telecommunications tower at Purdown being one of the local landmarks within Bristol.
